Rugiyya Aliyeva is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of experience in banking, microfinance, telecommunications, and audit. Since December 2023, she has been serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Member of the Management Board at FINCA Azerbaijan. Prior to this role, she held senior finance leadership positions at major financial institutions, including AccessBank and International Bank of Azerbaijan.

In her current role, she leads key areas such as financial strategy, liquidity management, cooperation with international financial institutions, budgeting, and financial reporting. She brings extensive experience in both microfinance and corporate banking within the financial sector.

Rugiyya Aliyeva holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School, has completed 13 ACCA examinations with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and is a graduate of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
