Fisnik Kepuska joined FINCA network in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer of FINCA Kosovo and, in 2020, transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Currently he works as Global Director of Subsidiary Operations in FINCA Impact Finance plying a key leadership role in ensuring strategic alignment with subsidiaries management to ensure long-term financial health and operational stability. In his corporate governance roles, he serves as a Supervisory Board Member of FINCA Bank Kyrgyzstan and as a Board Director in FINCA Azerbaijan . He brings 25 years of experience in the financial and banking sector across Kosovo and the region, having held leadership roles in international institutions such as Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo and Nova Ljubljanska Banka in senior positions in fields of risk management and internal audit as well as serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Banka Ekonomike. Fisnik’s broader experience includes academic work as a Teaching Assistant in Marketing at the University of Prishtina, service as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kosovo Banking Association, membership on the Audit Committee of insurance company, and chairing the Board of a municipal waste management enterprise in public sector. He began his career as a Management Consultant for the USAID Kosovo Business Support (KBS) project and provided for 10-years pro bono consulting to CEED for young entrepreneurs. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina. Fisnik is fluent in Albanian, English, Serbian, and Croatian.
