FINCA Azerbaijan won a Global HR Excellence Award under the category of “BEST DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION STRATEGY” at Global HR Summit 2023. The global HR event was held with the 500+ attendees from 50+ countries and 5 continents for the first time in Azerbaijan on April 20, 2023.
Global HR Summit (GHRS) is an outstanding event dedicated to the advancement of novelties, the dissemination of cutting-edge innovations and technologies in the field of human resources, as well as the exchange of diverse experiences through dialogues and discussions by bringing together the top representatives of the HR and management sphere. The GHRS Baku event was organized with the UN Global Compact partnership and focused on the “Decent Work and Economic Growth” concept under the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The nomination winners were selected by the jury of local and global experts.
