Position: Recruitment Specialist in HR department

Currently, FINCA Azerbaijan Non-Bank Credit Organization is looking for a Recruitment Specialist in HR department.

What are the main duties of the Role?

  • Managing the Recruitment process and ensuring that it is productive in terms of cost and time
  • Design and update documents related to employment application forms, tests, tasks and recruitment processes for selections
  • Define a candidate profile for new vacancies together with Line Managers in accordance with the available position requirements & job responsibilities, prepare relevant content announcements, and ensure that they are posted through appropriate channels and that they reach the correct audience
  • Design selection processes and ensure that selection processes are implemented accordingly, including interviews, assessment center exercises and other employment methods used for Recruitment
  • Participate at Career Fairs and other events on behalf of FINCA to support Employer Brand
  • Monitoring and evaluating FINCA Azerbaijan’s Recruitment processes and actively exploring tools to improve these processes over time, making recommendations for optimization and additions in HR instructions and manuals

Our humble expectations from candidate

Education and Experience:

  • Higher Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, HR or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as Recruitment Specialist or a similar role
  • Ability to lead a full Recruitment cycle (highly preferable)
  • Knowledge of various Recruitment & Sourcing methodologies (preferable)
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern Recruitment & Selection methods, tools and techniques

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in word processing (MS Office) and presentation software (PowerPoint and etc.)
  • Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data
  • Impressive communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Languages: Azerbaijani – fluent; English – proven Intermediate level; Russian – is preferable
