Position: CUSTOMER RELATİONSHİP MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Currently, FINCA Azerbaijan Non-Bank Credit Organization is looking for
Customer Relationship Management Officer (CRM).
About the Role
The employee’s main responsibilities in the CRM Officer role is to manage the Call Center function and coordinate with other groups for the purpose of providing appropriate customer services and ensuring that customers are served as quickly as possible.
The position holder supports appropriate line management to improve FINCA Azerbaijan’s Customer Relationship Management Strategy and Customer Complaints Management Mechanism and is in close cooperation with company internal stakeholders, such as Legal and Operations departments.
What are the main duties of the Role?
- Responding and registering customer inquiries that come from the Company’s Hotline
- Investigation and resolution of customer inquiries in collaboration with departments
- Coordinating the process of investigating and responding to customer letters
- Responding to customer questions from Social Media channels, mail
- Support for the Marketing department in customer feedback and analysis activities
- Active participation in Customer Surveys
Our humble expectations from the candidate
- Bachelor’s degree (in related field)
- Proficiency in word processing (MS Office) and ability to use Social Media Channels
- Impressive communication (both verbal and written)
- The ability to work independently and within the team
- Operational Decision-Making skills
- Language Knowledge: fluent speech and writing skills in Azerbaijani
